By using My Pet Cemetery, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and clear.

Your memorials

• You keep ownership of everything you add. You give us permission to store and show it so the site can work.
• Only add photos, videos and words you have the right to share.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account safe, since it's how you sign in.

Be kind

Memorials must be about a real pet and must not contain anything hateful, violent, sexual, misleading or unlawful, or any advertising. The same goes for kind words left on someone's memorial: please remember the person reading them is grieving. We may hide or remove memorials or messages that break these rules, or that are reported and found unsuitable.

The service

Memorial pages are free and offered as they are. We work hard to keep it running and your memorials safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of precious photos.

Garden plots

Plots in The Garden will be an optional, paid, one-time purchase. Pre-booking a plot is free and doesn't commit you to buying one. Full terms for plots will be published before the garden opens.

Changes
